Tekst 1.
Woman: Tim, have you got everything? We need to leave now if we want to catch our flight.
Boy: Yes, I’m ready.
Woman: Oh, but where is your winter hat? I left it for you on your bed.
Boy: I’ve already packed it together with my clothes. I wanted to put most of my cash in
the suitcase as well, but then I decided to keep all the money on me, in my wallet.
Woman: And what about your camera?
Boy: I want to take pictures during the flight, so I’ll put it in my backpack.
Tekst 2.
Girl: Jake, is there anything you’d like to learn?
Boy: What do you mean?
Girl: For example, I can’t dance and my dream is to be a good dancer. How about you?
Boy: Oh, I’d like to be a good cook.
Girl: Really? I thought you wanted to be a great basketball player.
Boy: Well, I’m quite happy with my sports skills. But I’m a vegetarian and I want to be
able to prepare meals by myself.

Boy: What would you like?
Girl: I’m quite hungry… I think I’ll go for fish and chips.
Boy: I’ll have that too. Now let’s choose some desserts… Wow, the menu looks amazing.
Girl: I think I’ll have the apple pie.
Boy: Well, I prefer the pancakes. Now we only have to click “order”. Done!
Girl: Great!
Boy: They usually deliver the order in half an hour. So I’ll go to the kitchen and get us
something to drink.

Boy: What do you think our chances are?
Girl: I’m optimistic. You’re a good singer and the rest of us can play our instruments quite
well.
Boy: Yes, but if we want to win, we also need to look great.
Girl: So let’s wear some bright, colourful clothes.
Boy: No way! We can’t look like a group of clowns. I imagine us all in black, starting our
performance with the song Thunder! I think the audience and the jury will love it.

Julie: Hi Caroline, this is Julie. I’ve joined the science club at our school. I hope I’ll learn
a lot. And guess what! When I got there yesterday, I saw your cousin Kate sitting at
one of the desks! I had no idea that she goes to the same school as me now.
We spent a lot of time talking and we even went out for a pizza together. I’ll call you
later.
