Boy: Last Saturday I went to the zoo which has recently opened in my city. I really wanted

to watch the elephant feeding session at noon. But first I had to wait in a long queue

to buy a ticket to get into the zoo. When I finally got to the elephants, the feeding was

over! It’s a pity I didn’t buy the ticket online!

Girl: Once, my grandparents took me and my older sister to the zoo. I was about 10 years

old then. We were admiring the lions when suddenly I heard a very loud sound right

behind me. I thought it was a wild animal so I was really afraid. But actually it was just

my sister watching a loud video on her phone.

Boy: My class went to the zoo last week, and a guide showed us around. He gave us some

sheets of paper with fun facts about the animals. But some parts of the texts were

missing so we had to listen to him carefully to fill in the gaps on the sheets. I loved it

and I’m looking forward to our next visit to the zoo.

Girl: While I was at the zoo yesterday, I saw a monkey playing with a teddy bear, like

children do. The monkey carried it and tried to give it food. It was amazing! I had no

idea monkeys can play like that! I even recorded a film on my phone and shared it on

my social media. It’s really funny.
